I bought a new device and I need a different mounting plate to get it to work with my existing mount.

We support our products for as long as you own them, and there are hundreds of possible combinations of mounts, stems, and mounting plates. Yes, in most cases the maximum load is 2.0 lbs. which will allow most of the larger GPS and video camera units with batteries. Some mount systems such as fairing and expansion nut mounts have a lower recommended capacity, approximately 1.25 lbs. If you have any doubt just give us a call and we will help.
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Items with defects / damage will be mailed to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Our products carry a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty and the manufacturer have agreed to repair or replace the item within the warranty period. MotoXtek is not a warranty service center. Shipping damage must be reported to the Carrier and MotoXtek within 24 hours of receipt. If you have questions, please contact MotoXtek’ Customer Service Representative at 714.823.9260 or contact us at support@motoxtek.com. We can assist you in reaching the manufacturer. Please repack the items securely in a box to protect the original packaging. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments for returned freight items.
All of our products are machined from aircraft-grade T-6 6061 aluminum, and fasteners are 18-8 stainless steel, with the exception of some of the Delrin bushings used to control tension on Ball/Socket systems. After machining, components are anodized or chrome plated, and then assembled and packaged.
